First House Leadership™ is a premium 5-day strategic leadership programme for experienced leaders who want to stop firefighting and start building something that lasts.

Most leadership development focuses on skills and behaviours in isolation. First House Leadership focuses on the structure beneath leadership performance – the foundations, decisions, systems and relationships that determine whether leadership is sustainable or fragile.

This programme is for leaders who carry responsibility, make difficult decisions, influence culture and shape outcomes. It is not entry-level leadership training. It is a structured development journey for people who are already leading and want to lead better.

Investment

The investment for the full 5-day First House Leadership programme is £2,500 per delegate.
